Abstract
Filamentozne gljive roda Trichoderma su dio ekosustava rizosfernog sloja različitih tipova tala. One naseljavaju korijen biljke domaćina uspostavljajući simbiotski odnos, mikorizu za koji je čovjek otkrio kako ima mnoge pozitivne strane za biljku te vrste roda Trichoderma smatramo oportunističkim simbiontima. Njihov agronomski značaj je primjena u ulozi bio-čimbenika u biološkom suzbijanju patogena koji su uzročnici biljnih bolesti. U novije vrijeme otkrivena je i njihova sposobnost promocije biljnog rasta uslijed utjecaja na ishranu biljaka, koja je neovisna od njihove antifungalne sposobnosti. Zavod za fitopatologiju Agronomskog fakulteta u Zagrebu više od desetljeća istražuje antagonistička, antibiotska te za biljku stimulatorna svojstva autohtonih izolata roda Trichoderma. Izolat STP vrste T.viride pokazao se uspješnim promotorom biljnog rasta arnike, salate, rajčice, kupusa, cikle, lana i jagode. U ovom radu se istraživao utjecaj izolata STP na rast i cvatnju maćuhice, kao i aplikabilnost tekuće formulacije suspenzije spora. Izolat STP je primijenjen u zonu rizosfere biljaka maćuhice u tekućoj formulaciji gdje je promovirao vegetativni rast maćuhica tijekom sedam tjedana opažanja. Promociju vegetativnog rasta nije pratio generativni rast te je moguće zaključiti da bujniji vegetativni rast maćuhice, koji je promoviran mikorizom sa filamentoznom gljivom T. viride, može rezultirati slabijim generativnim rastom.

Filamentous fungi of the genus Trichoderma are part of the ecosystem rhizosphere layers of different soil types. They migrate to the root of the host plant by establishing a symbiotic relationship, mycorrhiza for which a person is found to have many positive sides for the plant and species of the genus Trichoderma which are considered as opportunistic symbionts. Their agronomic significance is the application in the role of bio-factors in the biological control of pathogens that cause plant diseases. More recently is discovered and their capacity to promote plant growth under the influence of the plant nutrition, which is independent of their antifungal potency. Department of Plant Pathology Faculty of Agriculture in Zagreb over a decade is investigating antagonisttic, antibiotic and to plant stimulatory properties of indigenous isolates of the genus Trichoderma. Isolate STP type T.viride is prooven as successful promoter of plant growth arnica, lettuce, tomatoes, cabbage, beet, flax and strawberries. In this paper is explored the impact that isolate STP have on growth and flowering pansies, as well as the applicability of the current formulation of the spore suspension. Isolate STP is applied in the zone rhizosphere of plants pansies in a liquid formulation which has promoted the vegetative growth of pansies during the seven weeks of observation. Promotion of vegetative growth was not accompanied by generative growth and it is possible to conclude that vigorous vegetative growth of pansies, which has been promoted by mycorrhiza with filamentous fungus T. viride, may result in lower generative growth.
