Abstract

Parallel abstract (English)
Plum sawfly called Hoplocampa flava L.-yellow plum sawfly and Hoplocampa minuta Christ. - black plum sawfly are known as the most important plum pests which significante affect the gender and quality of the plum fruit. In the Spring after the temperatures reach the level needed for theit growth the sawflies are coming out from the soil where they have spent cold winter time as a form of pupa libera. The time of the sawlies appearance coincides with the flowering phenology of the most common plum sort Bistrica. Newer varietie of the plum which is present in nowdays orchards is capable of avoiding the plum sawfly attack if the flowering is not accordant to the sawflies appearance. It is important to monitor the plum phenology, plum sawflies appearance and their flight dynamic and based by that data to make decisions about protection and suppression. The plum sawflies monitoring took its place on Faculty orchard Jazbina during three vegetation seasons on sorts Totpaste, Topfirst, Jojo, Haganta and Elena. The sawflies were monitored with visual attractive, white sticky boards. The research results showed that yellow plum sawfly was catched in all three years of the research in the critical number while the catch of the black plum sawfly was absent in 2014.The plum sorts Elena, Jojo and Haganta avoided the sawflies attack of the research due to they later flowering.
