Abstract
Poslovanje svjetskog gospodarstva suočilo se sa pandemijom koja nije zapamćena od vremena gripe „španjolice“ 1918 godine. Ta zdravstvena ugora blokirala je susret ponude i potražnje posebno u smislu fizičkog kontakta korisnika dobara i usluga. U tome, turizam je doživio najveći udarac blokirajući korištenje turističkih usluga koja se temelje na osobnim kontaktima. Obzirom da se hrvatsko gospodarstvo u direktnim efektima sa oko 29% BDPa, a indirektno preko 50% temelji na turizmu snažno je pogodilo hrvatsku ekonomiju. Ovaj završni rad bavi se poslovanjem marina u uvjetima pandemije COVID-19 a uz to i poslovanjem chartera. Poseban značaj ovog istraživanja je analiza veze marina i chartera, kao i efekata koji proizlaze u toj vezi u uvjetima COVID-19. Kroz ovo istraživanje obrazloženi su svi osnovni činitelji koji su u pozitivnom i negativnom smislu odigrali svoju ulogu u poslovanju marina i chartera. Također je obrazložena uloga mjera države koje su trebale pridonijeti smanjenju negativnih efekata pandemije COVID-19 na poslovanje subjekata marina businessa.
Abstract (english)
The business of the world economy has faced a pandemic that has not been remembered since the "Spanish flu" in 1918. This health congestion blocked the meeting of supply and demand, especially in terms of physical contact between users of goods and services. In this, tourism has suffered the biggest blow by blocking the use of tourism services based on personal contacts. Given that the Croatian economy in direct effects with about 29% of GDP, and indirectly over 50% based on tourism, has hit the Croatian economy hard. This final paper deals with the operation of marinas in the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as the charter business. Of particular importance in this study is the analysis of the relationship between marinas and charters, as well as the effects arising in this regard under COVID-19 conditions. Through this research, all the basic factors that played a positive and negative role in the marina and charter business were explained. The role of state measures that were supposed to contribute to reducing the negative effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on the operations of marina businesses was also explained.
