Abstract Krizni menadžment odnosi se na stanje u organizaciji koje se na sve načine pokušava izbjeći. Kriza je opasna za organizaciju i interno i eksterno. Interno jer zaposlenici organizacije strahuju od najgorega, a eksterno jer konkurencija dobiva više potrošača na tržištu. Krizni menadžment usmjeren je na ovladavanje situacijom u kojoj se našla organizacija. Strategije za suzbijanje krize su defenzivne odnosno reaktivne u kojoj se kriza ne pokušava suzbiti već svi čekaju da se riješi sam od sebe, dok ofenzivna odnosno proakivna strategija pokušava na sve načine suzbiti krizu u organizaciji. Za krizne situacije se jako važno pripremiti. Važno je izraditi plan (pokušati predvidjeti loše situacije), osigurati infrastrukturu (odrediti tko će za što biti zadužen tijekom krizne situacije), koristiti raspoložive resurse i alate, biti na licu mjesta kada se dogodi krizna situacija, biti iskren u komunikaciji s javnosti, biti proaktivan te analizirati i učiti. Krizni menadžment poželjan je za svako poduzeće. Na prvu pomisao na krizni menadžment svi odmah daju loš predznak tomu. Krizni menadžment upravo je dokazao suprotno od toga. On je potreban kada se krizna situacija dogodi i potreban je zbog planiranja kako bi se možda spriječila ili sanirala šteta koju je kriza prouzročila. Menadžment je konkretna praksa, odnosno primjena u kojoj se odvijaju različite pojave i procesi. Menadžment ima svoje funkcije, oblike, metode i stilove vođenja i upravljanja, njegova učinkovitost i efektivnost te stimuliranje, dinamika i prilagođavanje promjenama koje se događaju u okruženju.
Krizni menadžment obuhvaća široko polje upravljanja različitim oblicima rizika te smanjivanje negativnih posljedica i katastrofa. Krizni menadžment je ključan za uspješan izlazak iz bilo koje krizne situacije u poduzeću. Svaka kriza ima svoje uzroke koje je potrebno identificirati i riješiti. Isto tako, svaka kriza ima veliki potencijal za novi uzlet organizacije, što treba prepoznati i iskoristiti. I pojedinci i organizacije imaju na raspolaganju i vrijeme i potencijale potrebne za upravljanje krizom, no često im nedostaju vještine i tehnike da bi se s teškoćama mogli uspješno nositi.U diplomskom radu prikazuje se važnost rješavanja krizne situacije na primjeru leasing kuće Mercedes – Benz Hrvatska d.o.o. koji je osnovan 2000. godine prema Zakonu o trgovačkim društvima te u vlasništvu Daimler AG Njemačka. Mercedes – Benz Hrvatska d.o.o. sastoji se od 28 podružnica diljem Hrvatske, dok tvrtka Daimler AG ima oko 274 000 zaposlenih.
Abstract (english) management refers to the state of the organization that is, in every way, trying to avoid it. The crisis is dangerous for the organization internally and externally. Inside because organizing staff fears the worst, and external because the competition gets more consumers in the market. Crisis management is focused on mastering the situation in which the organization found itself. Crisis strategies are defensive or reactive in which the crisis is not trying to suppress, but everyone is waiting to get rid of themselves, while an offensive or proactive strategy is trying in all ways to suppress the crisis in the organization. It is very important to prepare for crisis situations. It is important to make a plan (try to predict bad situations), provide infrastructure (determine who will be in charge of the crisis), use available resources and tools, be on the spot when a crisis occurs, be honest in communicating with the public, be proactive to analyze and learn. Crisis management is desirable for every company. The first thought on crisis management all immediately gives a bad sign to that. Crisis management has just proven the opposite. It is needed when a crisis situation occurs and is needed for planning to prevent or remedy the damage that the crisis has caused. Management is a concrete practice, ie application where different phenomena and processes take place. Management has its functions, shapes, methods and styles of leadership and management, its effectiveness and effectiveness, and its stimulation, dynamics and adaptation to the changes that occur in the environment. Crisis management encompasses a wide field of management of various forms of risk and the reduction of negative consequences and disasters.
Crisis management is key to a clever exit from any crisis situation in the enterprise. Every crisis has its causes that need to be identified and resolved. Likewise, every crisis has great potential for a new organization's rise, which needs to be recognized and exploited. Both individuals and organizations have at their disposal the time and potentials needed to manage the crisis, but often lack the skills and techniques to deal with difficulties. Undergraduate work demonstrates the importance of solving the crisis situation by leasing a Mercedes-Benz Croatia d.o.o. which was established in 2000 under the Companies Act and owned by Daimler AG Germany. Mercedes - Benz Croatia d.o.o. consists of 28 subsidiaries throughout Croatia, while Daimler AG has about 274,000 employees.
