Abstract
Flora epifitskih lišajeva istraživana je tijekom travnja i svibnja 2012. godine na drveću u sveučilišnom kampusu u Osijeku. Ukupno je zabilježeno 8 vrsta epifitskih lišajeva, svrstanih u 6 rodova liheniziranih gljiva. Najviše su zastupljeni lišajevi s lisnatim talusom (75 %), zatim lišajevi s grmastim i korastim talusom s podjednakim udjelima od 12,5 %. Lišajevi su zabilježeni na 21 vrsti drveća,najviše na: divljem kestenu, gledičiji, katalpi, brezi, lipi, javoru i jasenu. Primjenom lišajeva kao bioindikatora kakvoće zraka, zrak u gradu Osijeku procijenjen je kao umjereno onečišćen.

Epiphytic lichen flora on trees in the University campus in Osijek was surveyed during April and May 2012. A total of 8 species of epiphytic lichens, classified into 6 genera of lichenized fungi, were recorded. Foliose lichens dominates (75%), followed by crustose and friticose lichen with equal sharesof 12,5%. The lichens were found growing on 21 tree species, and the most on: horse chestnut, honeylocust, catalpa, white birch, linden, maple and ash. By applying the lihens as bioindicators of air-quality,the air in the City of Osijek has been assessed ad as moderately polluted.
