Abstract
Istraživanje trofičke strukture slobodnoživućih akvatičkih nematoda epiksilona provedeno je u Sakadaškom jezeru, na tri postaje u kolovozu i studenom 2011. i 2012. godine. Tijekom istraživanja praćene su promjene fizikalno - kemijskih svojstava vode te utvrđen stupanj trofije Sakadaškog jezera. Utvrđene su sve četiri trofičke skupine nematoda: "isisavači", "žvakači", "kidači - gutači", "gutači". "Isisavači" su bilinajbrojnija trofička skupina u kolovozu 2011. i 2012. godine, a "kidači - gutači" u studenom 2011. i 2012.godine. "Žvakači" i "gutači" su bili najmanje zastupljene trofičke skupine nematoda. Na sezonsku distribuciju "isisavača" i "kidača - gutača" najviše su ujecaja imali vodostaj Dunava i Sakadaškog jezera,prozirnost, temperatura i konduktivitet vode, koncentracija klorofila a vode kao i koncentracija klorofila a,b i c epiksilona

The trophic structure of epixylon nematodes were investigated in August and November 2011. and 2012.at three stations in Lake Sakadaš. Changes of the physico - chemical properties of water as well as lake trophic status were recorded. A total of four feeding types were recorded throughout the study: "suction feeders", "chewers", "epistrate feeders", "deposit feeders". Abundance of "suction feeders" was higher in August 2011. and 2012., while abundance of "epistrate feeders" was higher in November 2011. and 2012."Chewers" and "deposit feeders" were represented with considerably lower abundances. Water levels in Danube River and Lake Sakadaš, transparency, temperature, conductivity, epixylon chlorophyll a, b, cconcentrations and water chlorophyll a concentrations had the main influence on the abundance of "suctionfeeders" and "epistrate feeders".
