Abstract
Završni rad se sastoji od tri glavna poglavlja pomoću kojih se želi približiti tematici, ujedno i naslovu završnog rada „upravljanje stresom zaposlenika“. Prvi dio rada pod nazivom „stres“, objašnjava pojam stresa kao moderne bolesti 21. stoljeća, povijest stresa, proces nastanka stresa, vrste stresa kao i adaptaciju pojedinca na stres. Drugi dio rada koji nosi naziv „stres u poslovanju“ pokazuje pojavu stresa u radu organizacije, izvore i vrste stresa u organizaciji kao i posljedice stresa na zaposlenika. S obzirom da je zaposlenik sastavni dio jedne organizacije, utjecaj stresa na zaposlenika će se odraziti i na samu organizaciju i njezino cjelokupno poslovanje. Upravljanje stresom zaposlenika je treći dio završnog rada i bavi se upravo riješavanjem negativnih posljedica stresa u organizaciji. Moguće je vidjeti razne individualne i organizacijske metode pomoću kojih se upravlja stresom zaposlenika za dobrobit cjelokupne organizacije. S obzirom da menadžment ljudskih resursa ima jako važnu ulogu u upravljanju stresom zaposlenika kao i podizanju individualne sposobnosti zaposlenih, organizacijskih sposobnosti i cjelokupne uspješnosti, na kraju trećeg dijela se nalaze najvažniji zadaci ove organizacijske jedinice.

Parallel abstract (English)
The graduate thesis consists of three main chapters that aim to bring the theme and the tittle of the "work stress management" to the forefront. The first part of the work called "Stress", explains the notion of stress as a modern disease of the 21st century, the history of stress, the process of stress, the type of stress, and the way an individual can adapt to stress. The second part of the work is titled "Stress in Business" and shows the emergence of stress in the workplace. It also deals with the sources and types of stress in the workplace as well as the consequences of stress on the employee. Given that an employee is an integral part of any organization, the impact of stress on the employee will also be reflected on the organization itself and on its entire business. Stress management of employees is the third part of the thesis and is concerned solving the negative consequences of stress in the workplace. It is possible to see various methods that are employed to manage stresses for the benefit of an entire organization. Given that human resource management plays a very important role in managing the stress of the employee as well as raising their individual abilities, organizational abilities and overall performance, at the end of the third part are the most important tasks of this organizational unit.
