Abstract
Rad je koncipiran u nekoliko cjelina i usmjeren je na ukazivanje važnosti poslovne komunikacije unutar poslovnih procesa. Poslovna komunikacija podrazumijeva komunikaciju koja se koristi za promicanje proizvoda, usluga ili organizacija. Predstavlja prijenos informacija unutar poslovnog svijeta. Svaki razgovor, poslano pismo ili e-mail, telefoniranje ili čitanje predstavlja komunikaciju. Navedene radnje mogu se obavljati i verbalno i neverbalno, a svaki put kada ih činimo na profesionalnoj razini, predstavljamo ne samo sebe same već i organizaciju kojoj pripadamo. Komunikacija je vitalan dio poslovanja, organizacije i menadžmenta, ona je bitan čimbenik dojma o organizaciji i može predstavljati granicu između uspjeha i neuspjeha. Komunikator koji sugovorniku uspije prenijeti najveću količinu informacija na način na koji će ga sugovornik najbolje shvatiti, smatra se učinkovitim. Za razvoj ovakve komunikacije, osim znanja i sigurnosti u sebe, potrebna je i vještina. Kultura poslovnog komuniciranja dio je odgoja i kulture svake osobe. Poslovno komuniciranje je dio vještine koje usmjerava poslovne i kreativne pojedinca i skupine na brže i efikasnije rješavanje gospodarskih problema na mikro i makro razini okruženja.
Abstract (english)
Work has been conceived in several units and focuses on pointing to the importance of business communication within business processes. Business communication implies communication used to promote products, services or organizations. It represents the transfer of information within the business world. Any conversation, sent letter or e-mail, telephony or reading represents communication. These actions can be performed verbally and nonverbally, and each time we do them on a professional level, we present not only ourselves but the organization to which we belong. Communication is a vital part of business, organization and management, it is an important factor in the impression of the organization and can represent the boundary between success and failure. A communicator who succeeds in conveying the greatest amount of information in a way that the interviewee can best understand it is considered effective. To develop this kind of communication, besides knowledge and security in itself, skills are also needed. The culture of business communication is part of the education and culture of every person. Business Communication is part of the skill that directs business and creative individuals and groups to faster and more efficiently address economic issues at the micro and macro level of the environment.
