Abstract	Cilj ovog rada bio je pobliže prikazati i objasniti leasing kao važan izvor financiranja u današnje vrijeme. Uz to, zadatak je bio analizirati poslovanje leasing društva u Republici Hrvatskoj te prezentirati njihovo stanje. Kroz rad je objašnjen sam pojam leasinga, njegov nastanak i povijest te su predstavljenje i opisane njegove podjele. Također, isto je smješteno kroz pravne okvire Republike Hrvatske. Razrađen je i ugovor o navedenom instrumentu financiranja. Uspoređeni su prednosti i nedostaci lesinga u o odnosu na kredit. Kroz razne tablice i grafove je prikazana financijska slika leasing društva u posljednih 6 godina, na teritoriju Republike Hrvatske.
Abstract (english)	The main goal of this paper was to present and explain leasing as an important source of financing today. In addition, the task was to analyze the operations of leasing companies in the Republic of Croatia and present their situation. The labor explains the very concept of leasing, its origin and history, and presents and describes its divisions. Also, it is passed through the legal framework of the Republic of Croatia. A financial instrument agreement has also been developed. The advantages and disadvantages of leasing in relation to credit are compared. Through various tables and graphs, the financial picture of the leasing company in the last 6 years, on the territory Republic of Croatia, is presented.
