Abstract	Digitalna transformacija u službi maloprodaje podrazumijeva gledanje dalje od nužnih poboljšanja i promišljanja o procesima te stvaranje povezanog angažmana omogućenog smislenom primjenom tehnologije. Ne radi se samo o usmjerenosti na kupca, agilnosti, inovacijama, podatkovnoj inteligenciji i novim prijedlozima vrijednosti, već i o racionalizaciji procesa, smanjenju troškova i poboljšanju učinkovitosti procesa, kao i postizanju zadovoljstva krajnjih kupaca. Budući da se pravila poslovanja uvelike mijenjaju, trgovci na malo moraju promisliti svaki aspekt njihovog poslovanja – od nabave i strategije cijena do planiranja zaliha, obuke zaposlenika i kupaca, upravljanja iskustvom, kao i stavljanja spomenutog u službu digitalne transformacije bez koje je danas potpuno nemoguće zamisliti uspješno poslovanje.
Abstract (english)	Digital transformation in the service of retail means looking beyond necessary improvements and thinking about processes and creating connected engagement enabled by the meaningful application of technology. It is not only about customer focus, agility, innovation, data intelligence and new value propositions, but also about streamlining processes, reducing costs and improving process efficiency, as well as achieving end customer satisfaction. Because the rules of business are changing so much, retailers have to rethink every aspect of their business - from procurement and pricing strategy to inventory planning, employee and customer training, experience management, as well as putting the aforementioned at the service of digital transformation, which is completely impossible to imagine without today. successful business.
