Abstract	Mirovinski sustav u Nizozemskoj već godinama slovi kao jedan od najboljih i najstabilnijih sustava u Europskoj Uniji i svijetu. Sastoji se od tri stupa. Prvi stup odnosi se na državnu mirovinu te su osiguranici osobe koje žive u Nizozemskoj. Drugi stup odnosi se na profesionalnu mirovinu, odnosno mirovinu koja je vezana za profesiju. To može biti mirovinski fond za poduzeća u određenoj industriji, fond za određenu kopaniju, ili fond za skupinu ljudi koji pripadaju određenim profesijama kao što su liječnici ili fizioterapeuti. Treći mirovinski stup najviše pogoduje osobama koje su samozaposlene, koje nisu u stalnom radnom odnosu te koje nemaju štednju u ostalim mirovinskim stupovima.
Abstract (english)	The pension system in the Netherlands is one of the best and the most perspective systems in the European Union and the world. It consists of three pillars. The first one is related to the state pension and people living in the Netherlands are insured. The second pillar refers to occupation pension. It can be a pension fund for a company in a certain industry, a fund for a certain company or a fund for a group of people belonging to certain professions such as doctors or physiotherapists. The third pillar is the most suitable for people who are not permanently employed who do not have savings in other pillars and who are self-employed.
