Abstract	Kriza izazvana pojavom zaraze koja je vrlo brzo prešla u pandemiju, ostavila je traga na ekonomijama mnogih država. Sektori koji su uključivali izravan fizički kontakt sa potrošačima, suočeni su sa poteškoćama u opstanku na tržištu te vraćanju na prijašnju razinu konkurentnosti. Strah, neizvjesnost i panika dovode do promjene u osobnoj potrošnji što dodatno negativno utječe na već otežano poslovanje. Kako bi uspješno savladali negativne utjecaje pandemije, poduzeća su bila primorana modificirati način pružanja usluge i ponudu usluga općenito. Osim razine kvalitete koja je morala ispuniti očekivane kriterije, korisnici usluga su sada tražili i ispunjenje uvjeta sigurnosti prilikom korištenja usluge. U radu je analiziran utjecaj na hotelski sektor na primjeru lidera u industriji: Valamar Riviera d.d., Maistra d.d. i Plava laguna d.d. Korištenjem paketa državnih mjera pomoći, uz uvođenje inovacija i korekciju postojeće ponude, vodeća hotelska poduzeća su pokazala snalažljivost u kriznim situacijama i osigurala stabilnost daljnjeg tijeka poslovanja.
Abstract (english)	The crisis caused by appearance of the infection, which very quickly turned into a pandemic, left its mark on the economies of many countries. Sectors that included direct physical contact are faced with difficulties in surviving on the market and returning to the previous level of competitiveness. Fear, uncertainty and panic lead to a change in personal consumption, which additionally negatively affects the already difficult business. In order to successfully overcome the negative impacts of the pandemic, companies were forced to modify the way they provide services and the range of services in general. In addition to the level of quality that had to be at the expected level, service users now demanded the fulfillment of security conditions when using the service. The paper analyses the impact on the hotel sector on the example of leaders in the industry: Valamar Riviera d.d., Maistra d.d. and Plava laguna d.d. By using a package of state aid measured, along with the introduction of innovations in crisis situation and ensured the stability of the further course of business.
