Abstract
Tijekom proteklog desetljeća internet je bio medij s najbržim rastom. Mrežna kupnja posebno je brzorastuće područje e-trgovine. Internetske trgovine obično su dostupne 24 sata dnevno i mnogi korisnici imaju pristup Internetu i kod kuće i na poslu. E-trgovina poznata i kao elektronička trgovina koja je kupnja i prodaja roba i usluga putem elektroničke mreže, prvenstveno interneta, ili prijenos sredstava ili podataka. Takve se transakcije događaju ili kao transakcije između poduzeća (B2B), transakcije između poduzeća i potrošača (B2C) ili potrošačke transakcije. Pojmovi e-trgovina i e-poslovanje koriste se naizmjenično u mnogim situacijama. Moderna elektronička trgovina obično koristi World Wide Web za barem jedan aspekt životnog ciklusa transakcije, iako se mogu koristiti i druge tehnologije poput e-pošte. Postoje tri polja e-trgovine koja uključuju online maloprodaju, elektronička tržišta i online aukcije. Zbog jednostavnosti i praktičnosti, e-trgovina je postala jedan od omiljenih načina za kupnju jer ljudi vole kupovati putem interneta. . E-trgovina u Hrvatskoj raste otkako je zemlja ušla u EU 2013.
Abstract (english)
Over the past decade, the Internet has been the fastest growing medium. Online shopping is a particularly fast-growing area of e-commerce. Online stores are usually available 24 hours a day and many users have access to the Internet both at home and at work. E-commerce, also known as electronic commerce, is the purchase and sale of goods and services via an electronic network, primarily the Internet, or the transfer of funds or data. Such transactions occur either as business-to-business (B2B), business-to-consumer (B2C) or consumer transactions. The terms e-commerce and e-business are used interchangeably in many situations. Modern electronic commerce typically uses the World Wide Web for at least one aspect of the transaction lifecycle, although other technologies such as e-mail may also be used. There are three fields of e-commerce which include online retail, electronic marketplaces and online auctions. Due to its simplicity and convenience, e-commerce has become one of the favorite ways to shop because people love to shop online. E-commerce in Croatia has been growing since the country joined the EU in 2013
