Abstract
U ovom radu istražuje se detekcija anomalija u telekomunikacijskim sustavima pomoću Apache Kafka, Apache Druid i aplikacije Sherlock. U uvodnom dijelu rada opisana je važnost detekcije anomalija u telekomunikacijskim sustavima i njihov utjecaj na kvalitetu usluga, sigurnost i iskustvo korisnika. Također, opisane su i razne metode strojnog učenja kojima se služe ovakvi sustavi. Zatim je predstavljena Apache Kafka kao ključan alat za prikupljanje, obradu i pohranu velikih količina podataka generiranih u stvarnom vremenu. Koristeći strojno učenje, Sherlock analizira podatke prikupljene putem Apache Kafke i pohranjene u Apache Druidu. Evaluacija performansi Sherlocka na simuliranim podacima telekomunikacijskih sustava potvrdila je njegovu učinkovitost i sposobnost pružanja vrijednih informacija o stanju sustava.
Abstract (english)
This paper investigates anomaly detection in telecommunication systems using Apache Kafka, Apache Druid and the Sherlock application. The introductory part of the paper describes the importance of anomaly detection in telecommunications systems and their impact on service quality, security and user experience. Also, various machine learning methods that serve such systems are described. Next, Apache Kafka was introduced as a key tool for collecting, processing and storing large amounts of data generated in real time. Using machine learning, Sherlock analyzes data collected through Apache Kafke and stored in Apache Druid. The performance evaluation of Sherlock on simulated data of telecommunication systems confirmed its efficiency and ability to provide valuable information about the state of the system.
