Abstract
U radu je razvijeno tehničko rješenje za automatizirano upravljanje pumpnim postrojenjem koje se sastoji od više pumpi pogonjenih asinkronim motorima. Motori se tijekom zaleta i zaustavljanja napajaju iz jednog frekvencijskog pretvarača dok se ostatak vremena napajaju direktno iz mreže. Laboratorijski sustav za automatizaciju sastoji se od frekvencijskog pretvarača SINAMICS S120, PLC-a SIMATIC S7-1500 i dva asinkrona motora. Sustavom se upravlja preko vizualizacijskog sučelja koje je simulirano na računalu.Za potrebe rada korišteni su programski paketi Starter za parametriranje frekvencijskog pretvarača, i TIA Portal u kojima je konfiguriran PLC i napisan programski kod za automatizaciju sustava.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis, technical solution for automated control of pump plant composed of few pumps driven by asynchronous motors, is developed. During ramp up and ramp down time, motors are connected only to one drive, and the rest of time they are connected directly to the line supply.The laboratory automation system is composed of SINAMICS S120 drive, PLC S7-1500, and two asynchronous motors. The system is monitored and controlled by simulated HMI panel. Drive parameterization is configured in Starter, and PLC is configured in TIA Portal. Program code for system automation is also created in TIA Portal.
