Abstract	Glavni je cilj ovog rada bio prikazati važnosti i mogućnosti razvoja afektivne domene ličnosti djeteta u odgojno-obrazovnom kontekstu, ne zaobilazeći kognitivnu i psihomotoričku sferu s kojima je neupitno povezana. Afektivni razvoj djeteta u ovom radu analizira se kroz konstrukte emocija i emocionalne inteligencije, vrijednosti, stavova i interesa te su analizirani i čimbenici koji utječu na afektivni razvoj. Poseban naglasak je stavljen na razvijanje afektivne domene u nekim reformnim pedagoškim koncepcijama (Montessori, Waldorf i Reggio) jer se primjenom njihovih metoda učenja i poučavanja na zanimljive načine potiče cjeloviti razvoj ličnosti čiji je sastavni dio afektivni razvoj.
Abstract (english)	The main goal of this paper was to demonstrate the importance and possibilities of the development of the affective domain of a child's personality in an educational context, while not avoiding the cognitive and the psychomotoric sphere with which it is unquestionably connected. The affective development of the child in this paper is analyzed through constructs of emotions and emotional intelligence, values, attitudes and interests with the factors influencing affective development also being analyzed. A special highlight is placed on the development of the affective domain in some reformatory pedagogic conceptions (Montessori, Waldorf and Reggio) because a complete personality development is encouraged with the application of their methods of learning and teaching in interesting ways which is an integral part of affective development.
