Abstract
Psihoanalitička teorija je teorija o ljudskoj prirodi, model razvoja ličnosti kao i jedna od najistaknutijih metoda psihoterapije. Psihoanalitički pristup u psihologiji vezuje se uz psihoterapijsku metodu, teoriju ličnosti i teoriju psihoseksualnog razvoja čiji je utemeljitelj Sigmund Freud (1856. – 1939.). Unatoč brojnim kritikama koje je njegov rad dobio, doprinos psihoanalitičkog pristupa je višestruk, kako u području psihologije tako i u drugim srodnim područjima. Glavni pojmovi u psihoanalitičkom pristupu proučavanja čovjeka odnose se na nesvjesnu motivaciju, psihičku energiju, osnovne instinkte te psihički determinizam. Postoje razni pristupi u psihologiji ličnosti. Ono što psihoanalitički pristup razlikuje od ostalih jest shvaćanje nesvjesnog preko proučavanja snova, slobodnih asocijacija i kreativnih produkata. Mnoge ideje, primjerice, pojam nesvjesnog i pojam obrambenih mehanizama su i danas predmet interesa istraživača u području ličnosti. Objašnjenja ponašanja i pojmovi iz Freudove teorije svakodnevno se koriste.
Abstract (english)
Psychoanalytic theory is a theory of human nature, the model of personality development and one of the most prominent methods of psychotherapy. The psychoanalytic approach in psychology is associated with psychotherapy method, theory of personality and theory of psychosexual development whose founder is Sigmund Freud (1856 -1939). Despite numerous critics that his work received, his contribution to psychoanalytic approach is multiple, not only in the field of psychology but in other related fields, as well. The main concepts in psychoanalytic approach to the study of humans refer to the unconscious motivation, mental energy, basic instintcs and psychological determinism. There are different approaches in personality psychology. What psychoanalytic approach differs from others is understanding of the unconscious through studying dreams, free associations and creative products. Many ideas, for example, the notion of the unconscious and the notion of defense mechanism are even today the subject of interest of researchers in the field of personality psychology. Explanations of behavior and concepts of Freud's theories are used daily.
