Abstract	U ovom radu opisani su stilovi vodstva koje vođe koriste prilikom prenošenja uputa svojim sljedbenicima. Detaljnije su razrađeni stilovi vodstva i kakav oni utjecaj mogu imat na pojedinca. Također je navedena njihova primjena u različitim situacijama te kako na to utječu osobine vođe, a kako osobine sljedbenika. Osim toga obrađene su i teorije vodstva sa konkretnim primjerima. Navedene su dobre osobine koje bi vođa trebao imati te one loše koje ne bi. Na kraju su navedeni primjeri dobroga i lošega vođe prema osobnom mišljenju, odnosno što ih čini takvima. Zaključak kojeg smo izvukli iz ovog rada govori nam o važnosti spoznaje ovih pojmova kako bismo pobliže shvatili odnose u organizaciji te uvidjeli mjesta za poboljšanje.
