Abstract	Rad na temu: „Ponašanje investitora na financijskim tržištima: primjer Republike Hrvatske“ izrađen je sa svrhom predstavljanja i ocjenjivanja ponašanja investitora na financijskim tržištima, konkretno na primjeru Republike Hrvatske. U radu se elaboriraju postojeće teorijske i praktične spoznaje o ponašanju investitora kao potrošača na financijskim tržištima te empirijski istražuje, analizira i ocjenjuje ponašanje investitora na financijskim tržištima, na primjeru Republike Hrvatske, u kontekstu tradicionalnog, odnosno bihevioralnog pristupa. Temeljno istraživačko pitanje glasi: „Jesu li institucionalni investitori na hrvatskom financijskom tržištu tradicionalisti ili bihevioristi?“ Pored općih znanstvenih metoda, osobito u empirijskom dijelu, koriste se metode deskriptivne statistike. U izradi rada koristila se znanstvena i stručna literatura područja, te anketnim upitnikom prikupljeni primarni podaci. Rezultati istraživanja sugeriraju da su institucionalni investitori na hrvatskom financijskom tržištu bihevioristi koji ne odbacuju temelje postavljene tradicionalnim pristupom, već nedostatke istog rješavaju kombinacijom mehanizama tradicionalnog i bihevioralnog pristupa.
