Abstract
U ovom radu opisana je mjeriteljska infrastruktura koja se tiče umjernih i ispitnih laboratorija počevši od međunarodne – svjetske razine pa sve do nacionalne razine u Hrvatskoj. Opisan je značaj međulaboratorijskih usporedbi u znanstvenom mjeriteljstvu te je pružen detaljan uvid u organizaciju međulaboratorijskih usporedbi u okviru CIPMA MRA. Također, pojašnjen je značaj CMC vrijednosti koja je krajnji ishod međulaboratorijske usporedbe te njezin postupak evidentiranja u KCDB bazi. U sklopu rada pretražena je KCDB baza BIPM-a te su prikazane CMC vrijednosti koje su ostvarili nacionalni mjeriteljski laboratoriji Hrvatske. Pretražen je i registar akreditacija HAA te su prikazane akreditirane metode za umjeravanja etalona i mjerila duljine.
Abstract (english)
This thesis describes the metrology infrastructure related to calibration and testing laboratories, from the international – world level to the national level in the Republic of Croatia. The importance of interlaboratory comparisons in scientific metrology is described, and a detailed insight into the organization of interlaboratory comparisons within the CIPMA MRA agreement is provided. The significance of the CMC value, which is the final outcome of the interlaboratory comparison, and its procedure for recording in the KCDB database are also described. As part of the paper, the KCDB database of BIPM was searched and the CMC values achieved by laboratories from Croatia were also presented. The HAA accreditation register was also researched, and accredited methods for calibration of standards and length gauges were presented.
