Abstract
Religija se može definirati kao sustav vjerovanja, obreda te moralnih načela. Navedeno se povezuje sa štovanjem nadnaravnih bića, viših sila te Boga, odnosno bogova. Sa znanstvenog aspekta je religija veoma zanimljiva s obzirom na to da predstavlja bitan povijesno - geografski element za oblikovanje društva i prostora. Vjerska uvjerenja utječu na čovjekov vrijednosni sustav, tradiciju i prehrambene običaje, što zauzvrat može utjecati na odabir hrane. Prehrambeni zakoni i pravila koja su definirana u islamu, hinduizmu, judaizmu te kršćanstvu predstavljaju ključan element identiteta za pripadnike tih religija. Kroz razumijevanje njihovih potreba i želja iskazano je poštovanje prema takvom načinu života, ali i prema samim pripadnicima tih religija. S druge strane, uvažavanje tradicije kod ovih skupina potrošača kao i općenito prilagođavanje njihovim potrebama doprinosi ostvarenju bolje kvalitete usluga i proizvoda ponuđača. Na taj način pridobivaju se novi kupci. Halal certificiranje omogućava poduzećima učvršćivanje pozicije na domaćim tržištima. Osim toga otvaraju se mogućnost izvoza prema stranim tržištima koja zahtijevaju ostvarenje halal certifikata. Tijekom godina turizam je postao najvažnijom gospodarskom granom Hrvatske, no da bi tako i ostalo veoma je bitno pratiti svjetske trendove te svim turistima ponuditi ono što im je potrebno da se u zemlji osjećaju opušteno. Halal turizam je svakako među njima. Halal turizam se brzo razvija kao odgovor na turističke zahtjeve za turističkim proizvodima i uslugama temeljenim na islamskim vrijednostima.
Abstract (english)
Religion as a system of beliefs, rites and moral principles most often related to the worship of a supernatural being, a higher power or God, or gods, is extremely interesting in a scientific sense because it represents an important historical-geographical element in the shaping of society and space. Religious beliefs influence a person's value system, traditions and dietary habits, which in turn can influence food choices. The dietary laws and rules prescribed by Islam, Hinduism, Judaism and Christianity are an essential part of the identity of their members. By understanding their needs and desires, respect is shown for their way of life, but also for themselves. On the other hand, respecting the traditions of this group of consumers and generally adapting to the needs of consumers-believers contributes to the quality of the service and products of the providers, who thereby win new customers. Halal certification allows companies to strengthen their position on the domestic market, but also provides the opportunity to export to foreign markets that require halal certification. Over the years, tourism has established itself as the most important economic branch of Croatia, but in order for it to remain so, it is very important to keep up with world trends and offer every guest what they need to feel relaxed in the country. as you would at home. Halal tourism is certainly among them. Halal tourism is rapidly developing in response to tourist demands for tourism products and services based on Islamic values.
