Abstract
Razvoj bloka nastao je primarno s namjerom odvajanja od okoline i stvaranja novog urbanizma. Oblikovanje dinamične fasade omogućit će nastavno stvaranje neke forme “ulične fasade”.IT centar sastoji se od dva segmenta, prizemne i nadzemne premošćene lamele. Zbog velikih raspona na premošćenim dijelu nastao je nosiv sustav koji je sam postao jedan od glavnih identiteta zgrade i cijeloga kompleksa. Betonska rešetka vanjska i unutarnja prodire kroz sve etaže i premošćuje raspone preko 20 m. Sam dio kojim se autor bavio sastoji se od 6 etaža. Sama rešetka služi da prenese sile i sastoji se od 2 dijela, vanjske rešetke koja prodire kroz sve etaže i unutarnje manje rešetke koja se ponavlja na svakome katu.
Abstract (english)
The development of the block arose primarily with the intention of separating from the environment and creating a new urbanism. The design of the dynamic façade will enable the teaching creation of some form of “street façade”. The IT center consists of two segments, a ground floor and an above-ground bridged lamella. Due to the large spans on the bridged part, a load-bearing system was created which itself became one of the main identities of the building and the entire complex. The external and internal concrete grille penetrates through all floors and bridges spans over 20 m. The part that the author dealt with consists of 6 floors. The grid itself serves to transmit forces and consists of 2 parts, an outer lattice that penetrates all floors and an inner smaller grid that is repeated on each floor.
