Abstract Prometni sustav kojemu su vozila s kotačima prisilno vođena po točno određenom
putu zove se željeznica (tračnice, čelično uže, ali ne i vozila koja nisu u mehaničkom
dodiru s podlogom). Željeznica je više od stoljeća bila okosnica kopnenog prometa. Tvrdi i
glatki kotači kreču se po tvrdim i glatkim tračnicama koje pružaju vrlo malen otpor
kotrljanja, približno deset puta manji od otpora cestovnih vozila što omogućuje vožnju
vlakova takvih masa i duljina kakve niti za jedno kopneno prijevozno sredstvo nije
moguće. Željeznička pruga sastoji se od infrastrukturnih podsustava koji su potrebni za
sigurno i nesmetano kretanje željezničkog prometa u skladu sa danim zakonima. Također,
pod pojam željeznička pruga spada i zemljište ispod pruge s pružnim pojasom te zračni
prostor iznad pruge u visini od 12, odnosno 14 metara kod napona većeg od 220 kV, iznad
gornjeg ruba tračnica. Postoji 4 infrastrukturna podsustava: elektroenergetski, prometno
upravljački i signalno sigurnosni, ostali funkcionalni dijelovi i oprema te najvažniji,
građevinski koji se sastoji od pružnog donjeg i pružnog gornjeg ustroja. Pružni gornji
ustroj obuhvaćaju konstrukcije (kolosijeci sa zastorom, kolosijeci na čvrstoj podlozi i
skretnice) i elementi ( vozne tračnice, vodilice, pragovi i betonski nosivi elementi,
kolosiječni zastor, signalne i pružne oznake te ostalo) pružnog gornje ustroja. Pružni donji
ustroja čine građevine, konstrukcije (geotehničke i hidrotehničke konstrukcije) i oprema
(ograde, signalne oznake i drugo). Pod građevine pružnog donjeg ustroja svrstavamo
geotehničke građevine, konstruktorske građevine te željezničko – cestovne i pješačke
prijelaze. Željeznički cestovni prijelaz (ŽCPR) je mjesto prijelaza cestovne prometnice
preko željezničke pruge, odnosno, mjesto gdje se križaju kolnik i gornji rub tračnice koji se
nalaze u istoj ravnini. Zbog povećane opasnosti od sudara cestovnih i pružnih vozila
postoje pravilnici koji se moraju poštivati prilikom izvođenja takvih prijelaza.
Abstract (english) The traffic system to which vehicles with wheels are forcibly guided on the
exact path is called rail (railways, steel ropes, but not vehicles that are not mechanically in
contact with the base). The rail has been the backbone of land traffic for more than a
century. Hard and smooth wheels are moving on hard and smooth tracks that provide very
low rolling resistance, approximately ten times less than road vehicle resistance, which
makes it possible to ride trains of such masses and length, witch is not possible for any
land transport vehicle. The railway line consists of infrastructure subsystems required for
safe and uninterrupted movement of railway traffic in accordance with the laws in force.
Also, under the concept of railroad track, there is also land under the rail with the belt and
the air space above the rail at a height of 12 and 14 meters at a voltage greater than 220
kV, above the upper edge of the rails. There are 4 infrastructure subsystems: power, traffic
control and signal security, other functional parts and equipment, and the most important,
construction, infrastructure subsystem consists of the lower and upper rail system. The
upper configuration includes construction (ballast, tracks on a firm base and crossbars) and
elements (track rails, guides, sleepers and concrete support elements, track curtains, signal
and track marks and rest) of the upper rails. Lower structures are made up of structures,
constructions (geotechnical and hydro engineering constructions) and equipment (fences,
signs and the rest). Under the construction of the lower tier structure we designate
geotechnical constructions, constructive structures and railway - road and pedestrian
crossings. The railway road crossing (RRC) is the crossing point of the roadway over the
railway line, that is, the place where the pavement and the upper edge of the rails are
located in the same level. Due to the increased risk of road and railway vehicles collisions,
there are regulations that must be followed when constructing such crossings.
