Abstract
Cement je najrašireniji građevinski materijal u svijetu. Zbog njegove široke primjene došlo je do razvoja cementne industrije koja je veliki zagađivač okoliša. Prilikom proizvodnje cementa dolazi do velike potrošnje energije i oslobađanja velike količine stakleničkih plinova. Zbog toga se u građevinarstvu provode najnovija istraživanja koja se odnose na potražnju sirovina koja bi mogla zamijeniti cement u proizvodnji betona. Među potencijalne sirovine spada biopepeo nastao spaljivanjem biomase (šumska, poljoprivredna, gradska, biološka biomasa).Zamjena konvencionalnih materijala biomasom predstavlja izvedivo rješenje za rješavanje problema koji se odnose na smanjenje količine ispušnih plinova (CO2 ), zagađenja te problema vezanih za odlaganje pepela nastalog izgaranjem biomase. U ovom radu provedeno je istraživanje utjecaja pepela suncokretovih ljuski na vrijeme početka i kraja vezanja cementne paste.
Abstract (english)
Cement is the most widely used building material in the world. Due to its wide application, the cement industry has developed, which is a major environmental pollutant. Cement production causes high energy consumption and releases large amounts of greenhouses gases. Because of that, the latest research in construction industry refer to raw material demand that could replace cement in the prodution of concrete. Among the potential raw materials was the ash pruduced by the burning of biomass (forest, agricultural, urban, biological biomass). The substitution of conventional biomass material is a viable solution to the problem of reducing the amount of exhaust gases (CO2 ), pollution and the problems associated with the deposition of ash produced by biomass combustion. This paper investigates the impact of sunflower shell ash on the begining and end of the binding of the cement paste.
