Abstract	U radu je prikazan glavni projekt stambene zgrade koja se nalazi u Omišu. Građevina se sastoji od jedne zgrade, ukupne katnosti nad zemljom: 5 katova, koja je s drugom zgradom (nije promatrana u radu) povezana zajedničkom podzemnom garažom iznad koje je formiran zajednički trg. Građevina je izvedena u armiranom betonu, sve monolitne izvedbe s armirano betonskim zidovima, stupovima i armirano betonskim pločama kao međukatnom konstrukcijom. Projekt sadrži: tehnički opis konstrukcije, opće i posebne tehničke uvjete, plan kontrole i osiguranja kvalitete, proračun nosivih konstrukcijskih elemenata i karakteristične građevinske nacrte i armaturne planove.
Abstract (english)	The main design of the residential building, which is positioned in Omiš, is presented in this work. The building is consist of one part (building), with total number of uperground stories: 5, which are interconnected with the other building (not observed in this work) with underground garage above which is formed a common square. Building is made of reinforced concrete elements: walls, columns and ceiling slabs, all casting in site. The work include tehnical description of the structure, general and particular conditions of civil engineering works, control plan and quality assurance plan, calcuation of the main structural elements as well as characteristic structural plans and reinforcement plans.
