Abstract	U ovom diplomskom radu obrađeno je i povezano područje emocija i fotografije. Točnije, u ovom diplomskom radu glavnu ulogu ima portretna fotografija i emocije koje ona izaziva kod pojedinaca, odnosno promatrača. Portretna fotografija ne prenosi samo izgled i karakter osobe, već i trenutak njenog života. Obzirom da emocije igraju veliku ulogu u ljudskom životu, iste su opisane i objašnjene, kao i njihove vrste. Proučen je način na koji promatrači doživljavaju pojedinu fotografiju tj. koju emociju one bude u njima. Nadalje, u radu je prikazano kako fotografija budi različite emocije od sreće do tuge, a ponekad i više emocija odjednom. Uz samu podjelu i funkciju emocija definirana je i portretna fotografija, ali i detaljnije sami fotografski aparat. Cilj ovog diplomskog rada je istražiti utjecaj portretne fotografije na ljude, tj. koju emociju portretna fotografija budi kod ljudi. U tu svrhu je provedeno eksperimentalno istraživanje u obliku ankete čime je dokazano da se u promatraču bude različite emocije promatrajući fotografije, a ujedno i kako crno-bijele bude dublje emocije od istih u boji.
Abstract (english)	The main goal of the master thesis is to process and connect fields of emotions and photography. Portrait photography takes the main part in this master thesis, and it conveys not only the appearance and character of a person, but also the moment of their life. Furthermore, it is described how emotions play a big role in human life. The main goal is to analyze how different observers experience a different portrait photo, more precisely what emotion or emotions a particular image evokes in them, from happiness to sadness. In order to better understanding of portrait photo and emotions, emotions and their subtypes are explained in detail as well as portrait photography and camera itself. In order to prove the connection between photography and emotions, the research was conducted. In conclusion, it is proven that photography evokes different emotions in the observers, but also how black and white images evoke deeper emotions that the same in color.
