Abstract	Cilj rada je bio prikazati uzgoj i proizvodnju pšenice u Agro – Tovarniku d.o.o. tijekom 2020./2021. vegetacijske sezone i utvrditi utjecaj primijenjene tehnologije uzgoja te vremenskih prilika na prinos i kvalitetu zrna dviju sorti pšenice. Za potrebe analize tehnologije proizvodnje pšenice korišteni su interni podaci tvrtke Agro-Tovarnik, a za analizu vremenskih uvjeta podaci Državnog hidrometeorološkog zavoda s klimatološke postaje Vinkovci. Vegetacijsko razdoblje pšenice 2020./2021. bilo je pogodno za rast i razvoj pšenice, uz relativno povoljne prosječne temperature zraka i oborinski režim, naročito u travnju i svibnju, u vrijeme vlatanja i klasanja pšenice. Sorta Kraljica uzgajana je na 169 ha, a sorta Sofru na 192 ha. Predusjevi pšenici bili su soja, suncokret i kukuruz. Na većini parcela izostavljeno je oranje te je tlo obrađeno tanjuranjem. Gnojidba je također bila reducurana odnosno obavljene su samo dvije ili tri prihrane dušikom, dok su mjere zaštite protiv korova, bolesti i štetnika provedene u tri navrata. Sjetva je, zbog kišovitog listopada, prolongirana do sredine studenoga. Unatoč tome, postignuti su visoki prinosi zrna i hektolitarska masa. Prinos sorte Sofru iznosio je 9,3 t/ha uz hektolitarsku masu 82 kg/hl, a sorte Kraljica 8,3 t/ha i 83,8 kg/hl. Međutim, sadržaj proteina bio je nezadovoljavajući jer je iznosio tek 11,7 % (Kraljica), odnosno 10,4 % (Sofru).
Abstract (english)	The aim was to present the farming and production of wheat in Agro - Tovarnik d.o.o. during 2020/2021. growing season and to determine the influence of the applied cultivation technology and weather conditions on the yield and grain quality of two wheat varieties. Internal data of the Agro-Tovarnik company were used for the analysis of wheat production technology, and data of the State Hydrometeorological Institute from the Vinkovci climatological station were used for the analysis of weather conditions. Wheat growing season 2020/2021 was suitable for the wheat growth, with relatively favorable average air temperatures and precipitation regime, especially in April and May, at the time of wheat stem elongation, booting and heading growth stages. The Kraljica variety was grown on 169 ha, and the Sofra variety on 192 ha. Precrops were soybean, sunflower and maize. Ploughing was omitted on the most of the plots and the soil was cultivated by disking. Fertilization was also reduced, i.e. only two or three top dressing with nitrogen were carried out, while protection measures against weeds, diseases and pests were carried out on three occasions. Due to the rainy October, sowing was prolonged until mid-November. Despite this, high grain yields and hectoliter weight were achieved. The yield of the Sofra variety was 9.3 t/ha with a hectoliter weight of 82 kg/hl, and of the Kraljica variety was 8.3 t/ha and 83.8 kg/hl. However, the protein content was unsufficient as it was only 11.7% (Kraljica) and 10.4% (Sofru).
