Abstract	Cilj rada je objasniti organizaciju poduzeća i utjecaj organizacije na poduzeće. Organizacija je menadžerska funkcija kojom se odreñuje na koji će način poduzeće ostvariti planirane ciljeve i pravce djelovanja. Projektiranje organizacije podrazumijeva proces izgradnje organizacijske strukture, definiranja organizacijskih postupaka i primjenu organizacijskih sredstava. Organizacijska struktura je shema poslova i odjela koja usmjerava ponašanje pojedinaca i grupa prema ostvarivanju organizacijskih ciljeva. Organizacijska struktura važna je stoga što osigurava pravilno povezivanje funkcija poduzeća te na taj način utječe na efektivnost ostvarivanja ciljeva.
Abstract (english)	The aim of the paper is to explain the organization of the company and the impact of the organization on the company. The organization is a managerial function that determines the way in which the company achieves the planned goals and directions of action. Designing an organization involves the process of building an organizational structure, defining organizational procedures and applying organizational resources. The organizational structure is a scheme of affairs and departments that guides the behavior of individuals and groups towards achieving organizational goals. Organizational structure is important because it ensures a proper linking of business functions and thus affects the effectiveness of achieving goals.
