Abstract	Diplomski rad pod naslovom „Nasljednopravni ugovori" ima 30 stranica i IX. dijelova teksta. U uvodnom dijelu objašnjeno je koji su pravni temelji nasljeđivanja u našem pravnom sustavu, te da postoje određeni ugovori koji mogu proizvoditi nasljednopravne učinke i upravo su ti ugovori tema ovog diplomskog rada. Nadalje je detaljnije objašnjen svaki nasljednopravni ugovor, predmet ugovora, njegove karakteristike i mogućnost raskida ugovora. Pred kraj rada nalazi se cjelina koja govori o nedopuštenim nasljednopravnim ugovorima koji se ne smiju sklapati.
Abstract (english)	Master's thesis titled „Inheritance contracts“ has 30 pages and IX parts of text. In the introductory part is explained which are legal foundations of succession in our legal system and that are certain contracts that can produce inheritance effects and these contracts are the subject of this master's thesis. Further are explained details of each succession contract, the subject of the contract, it's characteristics and the possibility of termination of the contract. At the end of the work there is a whole that speaks of inadmissible inheritance contracts that must not be entered.
