Abstract	Tematika ovog diplomskog rada je institut raskida ugovora. Ukratko je prikazan institut raskida ugovora u Rimskom pravu. Nakon toga obrađeni su svi načini raskida ugovora. Objašnjeno je koji razlozi moraju biti ispunjeni da bi se mogao zahtijevati raskid ugovora. Posebna pažnja pridana je glavnim načinima raskida ugovora : raskid ugovora temeljem suglasnosti volja ugovornih strana koji uključuje sporazumni raskid i jednostrani raskid na temelju ugovora te raskid ugovora na temelju zakona koji uključuje jednostrani raskid i raskid ex lege. Svaki od načina raskida ugovora potkrijepljen je primjerima iz sudske prakse. Na kraju rada objašnjeni su učinci raskida ugovora.
Abstract (english)	The subject of this thesis is institute of dissolution of contract. Institute of dissolution of contract in Roman law is shown, briefly, in this thesis. After that, all dissolution of contracts are processed. It is explained which reasons should be fulfilled to be able to demand dissolution of contracts. Special attention was paid to main ways of dissolving a contracts : dissolution of contract based on consent of will of contracting parties which includes mutual dissolution of contract and unilateral dissolution of contract, and also t dissolution of contract based on a law which includes unilateral dissolution of contract and ex lege dissolution of contract. Each of the ways of dissolution of contract is supported by examples from judicial practice. At the end of the thesis are explained the effects of dissolution of contract.
