Abstract	Predmet ovog rada je analiza novina u Zakonu o zemljišnim knjigama NN 63/19 kao temeljnom i glavnom izvoru cjelokupnog zemljišnoknjiţnog sustava u Republici Hrvatskoj. Rad se sastoji od 10 poglavlja od kojih su tri poglavlja posvećena općenito pojmovnim obiljeţjima zemljišnoknjiţnog prava i sustava zemljišnih knjiga, kao i tijeku razvoja zemljišnoknjiţnog sustava u Republici Hrvatskoj. U ostalim poglavljima razraĊuju se pojedini dijelovi Zakona o zemljišnim knjigama s posebnim osvrtom na novine i usporedba s prethodnim zakonskim rješenjima. Na kraju rada analiziraju se kljuĉne odredbe Zakona o izmjenama i dopunama Zakona o zemljišnim knjigama koji je pušten u saborsku proceduru. Znanstvene metode korištene prilikom izrade ovog rada su: metoda klasifikacije, metoda analize i sinteze, metoda indukcije i dedukcije te povijesna metoda.
Abstract (english)	The subject of this paper is analyses of a novelties as part of the Law of land registries NN 63/19 as a fundamental and main resource of the entire land registry system in the Republic of Croatia. The work has 10 chapters, 3 of which are, in general, dedicated to the conceptual characteristics of land registry laws and systems as well as course of development land registry system in the Republic of Croatia. Other chapters elaborate individual parts of the Law of land registry with special overview on novelties and comparation with previous legal solutions. At the end of this work are analyzed the key provisions of the Law on Amendments to the Law of Land registers, which has been released into parliamentary procedure. The scientific methods that have been used though this paper are: method of classification, method of analyses and syntheses, method of induction and deduction as well as historical method.
