Abstract
Završni rad „Tehnološki proces izrade testni uzorak - crtež broj 014“ je podijeljen u 6 poglavlja. U prvom poglavlju općenito govorimo o obradi sa odvajanjem čestica. U drugom poglavlju su pojašnjeni zahtjevi i specifičnosti koji se postavljaju kod projektiranja tehnologije izrade testnog uzorka, kod kojeg su glavni zahtjevi plan stezanja, operacijski list, plan rezanja i plan alata. U trećem poglavlju opisuju se karakteristike materijala od čega je izrađen izradak, te koja su njegova svojstva. Četvrto poglavlje opisuje faze izrade proizvoda, zatim koje vrste alata postoje i koji su njegovi elementi, kao i pribora za mjerenje kvalitete proizvoda. U zadnjem poglavlju govorimo općenito o vertikalnoj glodalici, te koji su njezini zahtjevi i tehnološke mogućnosti. Također prikazujemo funkcije i značajke koji se javljaju kod simulacije Mach3.
Abstract (english)
The final paper "The technological process of making a test specimen - drawing no. 014" is divided into 6 chapters. In the first chapter, we generally talk about processing with particle separation. The second chapter clarifies the requirements and specifics that are posed when designing the test specimen technology, of which the main requirements are the clamping plan, the operating sheet, the cutting plan and the tool plan. The third chapter describes the material characteristics of the workpiece and its properties. Chapter four describes the stages of product development, types of tools and their elements, as well as the appurtenances for measuring product quality. The last chapter is about the vertical milling machine in general, and what its requirements and technological capabilities are. Function and features that occur in the Mach3 simulation is also presented.
