Abstract Promjene u shvaćanju djeteta i njegovog razvoja te promjene u obiteljima
koje se događaju pod raznim utjecajima globalizacije, digitalizacije, politike i dr.,
uvijek se odražavaju i na odgojno – obrazovni proces. Samim time mijenja se
percepcija obitelji te uloga roditelja u odgojno – obrazovnim ustanovama.
Suvremena odgojno – obrazovna politika prepoznala je važnost navedenog te
nameće partnerstvo s roditeljima kao nužnu za gradnju kvalitetnijih odnosa na
relaciji odgojno – obrazovnih ustanova i obitelji. Partnerski odnosi s roditeljima
kompleksniji su od suradnje i uključuju emocije, toleranciju, razumijevanje, podršku
i još mnogo toga, s krajnjim ciljem – dobrobiti djeteta. Ključnu ulogu u poticanju i
modificiranju ovakvih odnosa zauzima suvremeni, kompetentni profesionalac –
odgajatelj.
Osnovni cilj istraživanja bio je dobiti uvid u percepciju odgajatelja o
partnerstvu s roditeljima. Prema tome, provedeno je istraživanje čiji uzorak
ispitanika obuhvaća 120 odgajatelja dječjih vrtića „Rijeka“ (CPO „Maestral“),
„Vladimir Nazor“ – Kastav, „Opatija“ i „Matulji“. Za potrebe istraživanja sastavljen
je instrument – Upitnik o partnerstvu s roditeljima. Rezultati su obrađeni
deskriptivnom statistikom te parametrijskim testovima Pearsonovim koeficijentom
korelacije te t - testom.
Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju kako je percepcija odgajatelja pozitivno
usmjerena ka razvoju partnerstva i partnerskih odnosa odgajatelja s roditeljima.
Visokim rezultatima odgajatelji procjenjuju kvalitetnu komunikaciju, kontinuirani
razvoj partnerskih odnosa, ciljeve, zadaće i interese koji su zajednički i usmjereni
dobrobiti djeteta. Nisko je ocijenjena kvaliteta formalnog obrazovanja.
Abstract (english) Changes in the perception of the child and its development and changes in
families that are happening under various influences of globalization, digitalization,
politics, etc., always have an impact on the educational process. Therefore, the
perception of the family and the role of parents in the early education and care
institutions are changing. Contemporary educational policy has recognized the value
of this and imposes a partnership with parents as necessary to develop better relations
between educational institutions and families. A partnership with parents is more
complex than cooperation and includes emotions, tolerance, understanding, support,
and more, with the ultimate goal - the welfare of the child. A key role in encouraging
and modifying these relations involves a contemporary, competent professional – an
educator, a preschool teacher.
The main objective of this research is gaining an insight into educators
perception of partnership with parents. Therefore, a survey was conducted which
includes a sample of 120 respondents, preschool teachers from kindergartens of
„Rijeka“(CPO “Maestral“), „Vladimir Nazor“ – Kastav, „Opatija“ and „Matulji“.
For this study a survey is designed - Questionnaire Partnership with parents. Results
were analyzed by descriptive statistics and parametric tests, Pearson correlation
coefficient and t - test.
The research results showed that the perception of preschool teachers is
positively directed to the development of partnerships and partnership relations of
preschool teachers with parents. Preschool teachers assess with high results quality
communication, continuous development of partnership relations, objectives, tasks
and interests which are common and directed to the child's welfare. Quality of formal
education is assessed as low.
