Abstract Djeca s teškoćama u razvoju su ona djeca koja imaju lakši ili teţi oblik pojedine teškoće. Termin koji se koristi u pojedinim školama ili predškolskim ustanovama je djeca s posebnim odgojno - obrazovnim potrebama. Od ranijih godina do danas, moţemo primjetiti kako ima sve više djece s pojedinim oblikom teškoće. Vaţno je djecu s teškoćama ukljuĉiti u redovan sustav predškolske ustanove te je vaţno poticati inkluziju. Vaţno je da kao odgojitelji i roditelji djeteta omogućimo ostvarivanje njihova prava. Suradnja roditelja i odgojitelja je, kao jedno od naĉela Nacionalnog kurikuluma za rani i predškolski odgoj i obrazovanje, iznimno vaţno. Ako govorimo o suradnji, moţemo govoriti i o partnerstvu i partnerskom odnosu sa roditeljima i svim sudionicima odgojno - obrazovnog procesa. Partnerski odnos, zapravo podrazumijeva ravnospravnost sudionika, u ovome sluĉaju roditelja i odgojitelja. On se mora temeljiti na prihvaćanju, aktivnom slušanju, poštovanju te obostranoj komunikaciji, tj. dvosmjernoj komunikaciji. Svaki partnerski odnos ima zajedniĉki cilj kojim se sudionici vode. Zajedniĉki cilj svakog partnerskog odnosa ili suradnje izmeĊu roditelja i odgojitelja jest dobrobit djeteta i njegova sigurnost. U svakome trenutku, dijete mora biti na prvome mjestu. Suradnja roditelja i odgojitelja moţe imati i prepreka. Najveća prepreka s kojom se mnogi odgojitelji mogu susresti jest nedostatak prakse u suradnji s roditeljima djece. Odgojitelji ne znaju na koji naĉin komunicirati s roditeljima, postaviti se te pristupiti im na kompetentan i kvalitetan naĉin.
Odgojitelji predškolske djece stjeĉu kompetencije za svoj rad, tijekom školovanja ili prilikom edukacija kojima redovito pristupaju. Isto tako, za rad s djecom s teškoćama, odgojiteljima su potrebne brojne kompetencije pomoću kojih obavljaju i kvalitetno provode aktivnosti za njih i ostalu djecu. Odgojitelji, s druge strane, moraju shvatiti roditelje djece s teškoćama u razvoju jer se oni susreću prvi puta s odreĊenom teškoćom, osjećaju se bespomoćno te samo ţele podršku i prihvaćanje od strane drugih ljudi. Prema tome, iznimno je vaţna suradnja roditelja i odgojitelja, kako bi se kod djeteta što bolje potaknuo razvoj i napredak.
Abstract (english) Children with developmental disabilities are those children who have a milder or more severe form of a particular disorder. The term used in some schools or preschools is children with special educational needs. From earlier years until today, we can notice that there are more and more children with a particular form of difficulty. It is important to include children with disabilities in the regular preschool system and it is important to encourage incusion. It is important that as educators and parents of the child we enable the realization of their rights. Cooperation between parents and educators, as one of the principles of the National Curriculum for Early and Preschool Education, is extremely important. if we talk about cooperation, we can also talk about partnership and partnership with parents and all participants in the educational process. The partnership, in fact, implies equality of participants, in this case parents and educators. It must be based on acceptance, active listening, respect and mutual communication, ie two-way communication. Each partnership has a common goal, which guides the participants. The common goal of any partnership or cooperation between parents and educators is the welfare of the child and his or her safety. At all times, the child must come first. Cooperation between parents and educators can also be an obstacle. The biggest obstacle that many educators may encounter is the lack of practice in working with parents of children. Educators do not know how to communicate with parents, set themselves up or approach them in a competent and quality way.
Preschool educators acquire competencies for their work, during schooling or during the education they regularly attend. Also, to work with children with disabilities, educators need a number of competencies with which to perform and carry out quality activities for them and other children. Educators, on the other hand, need to understand the parents of children with disabilities because they are encountering a particular difficulty for the first time, they feel helpless and they just want support and acceptance from other people. Therefore, the cooperation of parents and educators is extremely important, in order to better encourage the child's development and progress.
