Abstract	Plinska turbina je stroj u kojem se u nizu statorskih i rotorskih lopatica kinetička energija strujanja mješavine zraka i dimnih plinova, nastala pretvorbom dijela njegove toplinske energije, pretvara u mehanički rad. Lopatice su najosjteljiviji dijelovi turbine, te se one najčešće oštećuju. Problemi koji se javljaju kod lopatica turbina su: visokotemperaturna korozija; vibracije lopatica; zamor lopatica; oštećenja zbog stranog tijela; kvarovi zbog puzanja. Radni vijek turbine, pa i samih lopatica, može se produžiti upotrebom visoko kvalitetnog goriva te strogim režimom održavanja. U radu su detaljno opisani problemi kod lopatica plinskih turbina, uzroci nastanka te postupci sprječavanja štetnih posljedica.
Abstract (english)	The gas turbine is a machine in which in a series of stator and rotary blades the kinetic energy of the air and flue gas flow, generated by the conversion of part of its thermal energy, transforms into mechanical work. Blades are the most vulnerable parts of the turbine, and these are most often damaged. The problems that occur with the turbine blades are: high temperature corrosion; vibration of the blade; fatigue blades; damage to a foreign body; breaks due to creep. The turbine working life, and even the blades themselves, can be extended by using high – quality fuel and a strict maintenance regime. In this academic work, problems with gas turbine blades are described detailed, causes of creation and the procedures for the prevention of harmful effects.
