Abstract
Današnji moderni svijet većinom se temelji na korištenju računala. Prema mnogobrojnim provedenim istraživanjima iz dana u dan ljudi sve više i sve dulje koriste računala, bilo za poslovne ili privatne svrhe. Time svoje oči izlažu opasnostima koje su posljedica prečestog gledanja u računalo što zahtjeva potrebu za različitim sredstvima ublažavanja tegoba. Ovim radom korisnicima se žele približiti načini nekonvencionalnog iprirodnijeg liječenja manjkavog vida i poboljšanja funkcija oka, u sklopu kojih dolaze i vježbe za oči. Autor je ovaj rad izrađivao u nadi da će pomoći sebi, a samim time i drugima.
