Abstract
Turizam je industrija prisutna na području Republike Hrvatske otprilike 150 godina. U svojih 150 godina postojanja, Hrvatska je turizam, zahvaljujući primarno dobrom geografskom položaju, uspjela razviti do zavidne razine. Danas Hrvatska posjeduje mnoštvo resorta, hotela, marina, kampova, hostela i mnogih drugih turističkih objekata koji pridonose Hrvatskom BDP-u u godišnjem kumulativnom postotku od otprilike 19,6%. Zaključkom da turizam doprinosi gotovo petinu od ukupnog BDP-a Republike Hrvatske, uzevši u obzir relativno lošu trenutnu ekonomsku situaciju, logično je postaviti pitanje, mogu li se i na koji način povećati strane investicije na području turizma u Republici Hrvatskoj? Upravo to pitanje bilo je glavna vodilja kroz najveći dio ovog rada te je razrada tog pitanja dovodila do iznimno interesantnih tema . Primjerice, ona poput razloga glavne problematike kod domicilnih i stranih investitora pri plasmanu kapitala u industriju turizma Republike Hrvatske dovela su do određenih interesantnih detalja i specifičnih saznanja o trenutnom stanju hrvatskog turizma. Nakon analize svih prikupljenih podataka i misli, pretpostavlja se da je moguće na razne načine pospješiti priljev stranih investitora, odnosno investicija stranog kapitala u industriju turizma Republike Hrvatske u svrhu rasta i razvoja turizma. Program je teoretski moguće provesti kratkoročno u obliku injekcije kapitala ili dugoročno putem dugoročne suradnje s velikim stranim investitorima kao dio strateške odluke Republike Hrvatske pružanjem većeg fokusa turističkom sektoru.
Abstract (english)
Tourism is an industry that has been present on the territory of the Republic of Croatia for around 150 years. In it`s 150 years of existence, Croatia has developed the industry to a great extent, primarily thanks to the exceptional geographic positioning. Almost 150 years later, Croatia can be found full of resorts, hotels, marinas, camps, hostels and many other such objects which influence a cumulative 19,6% of the total Croatian GDP. The conclusion that Croatian tourism influences up to one fifth of the total GDP, taking into consideration the relatively poor economic situation, it is only logic to ponder, can we and in which way increase foreign investments in the tourism sector in Republic of Croatia? This exact question was the main lead throughout most of the work and the coordination around this question lead to many interesting uncertainties. Such as, the main reason behind the problems both domestic and foreign investors face while attempting to invest capital in the Croatian Tourism industry. Such questions also lead to certain interesting details and acknowledgements about the current state of Croatian Tourism. After revising all necessary data, it has been assumed that it is possible to achieve an increase in foreign investments to the Croatian tourism industry in many different aspects for the purpose of tourism growth and development. The program is theoretically possible to achieve in both the short and long term, in order to attain more focus on the tourist sector of the Croatian economy.
