Abstract	Troškovi su neizostavni prilikom proizvodnje bilo kojeg proizvoda ili usluge, pojavljuju se u svim procesima. Osnovna tri elementa trošenja bez čijeg utjecaja nije moguća proizvodnja su troškovi sredstava rada, predmeta rada i ljudskog rada. Temeljni cilj svakog poduzeće je odgovorno upravljanje troškovima ako želi biti uspješno. Analiza financijskih izvješća se smatra temeljem informacija koji su potrebni za uspješno upravljanje poduzećem, tj. omogućuju menadžeru kako bi efikasno upravljao poduzećem i kako bi poduzeće opstalo na tržištu u uvjetima konkurencije. Cilj završnog rada je objasniti prirodu troškova i njihovu podjelu te prikazati utjecaj troškova na poslovanje u hotelijerstvu. U završnom radu obrađena su poduzeća iz turističke djelatnosti, Olympia Vodice d.d. i hotel Punta. Na temelju financijskih izvještaja izraditi će se analiza i utjecaj troškova na njihovo poslovanje s ciljem njihove usporedbe.
Abstract (english)	Costs are indispensable part through production of any prduct or service, they can be seen in all processes of business. Labor resources, labor object and human labor are the basic three elements which have most influence on production. The main goal of every company is responsible and methodically cost management if they want to be successful. Financial reports analysis are main informations which are needed for successful business management and they are helping the manager to run business effectively and how the company can stay competitive at the market. Main purpose of final paper is to explane the nature of cost and their divison and show the influence of costs on hotel business. In the final paper companies are processed from tourism sector, Olympia Vodice d.d. and hotel Punta. Based on financial reports will be made and cost effect on their business with purpose of their comparisons.
