Abstract	U radu je detaljno opisana eTtrgovina, komparativna analiza RH i EU prema podacima statističkog ureda Eurostata. Prema tim podacima Hrvatska ipak zaostaje za ostatkom Europe, ali od ulaska u EU povećava se kupovina preko interneta zbog smanjenja troškova (ukidanje troškova carina). Svaka tvrtka koja drži do svog imidža, koja je u korak sa vremenom i koja želi opstati i napredovati dalje u radu, mora dio poslova proširiti i na internet.
Abstract (english)	This paper contains detail description of eCommerce and comparison of eCommerce of Croatia and European Union by the statistic informations provided by Eurostat. As we can see by those informations, Croatia is behind most of the EU nations, but we can see increase of eCommerce in Croatia, since Croatia became part of European Union because of lower expenses of customs. Every company that wants to stay touch with time, that wants to survive and expand it’s business must expand it’s trade and business to internet.
