Nonverbal communication is a way people communicate without saying a word, intentionally or unintentionally. Non-verbal behaviour is used for: expressing emotions and opinions, reflecting personality traits and for embracing or changing verbal communication. Even clothes, hairstyle and the whole style of a person, are used for person's representation, they show a person's perception of itself and show the way a person would like to be seen in other people's eyes. The way a person sits, or stands, can also be a very clear sign of person's current emotions. Because of a non-verbal communicatian, it is impossible not to communicate. It is possible to stop talking, but in general, it is impossible to stop sending non-verbal messages. Non-verbal communication is closely linked to a verbal communication. Non-verbal signs replace, express or are in a disharmony with a verbal message. Although non-verbal and verbal communication are closely linked, people often forget to give more attention to a non-verbal communication in their everyday interactions with others. How much exactly a non-verbal communication is important, will be explained in this final paper, based on all of it's important elements.
