Abstract	Bankarske institucije u današnjem okruženju imaju odgovornost, ne samo za vlastiti probitak, nego moraju djelovati u skladu s društvenim i socijalnim okolnostima i zahtjevima. Etika se odnosi na sve segmente poslovnog ponašanja, od procesa donošenja strateških odluka do ponašanja prema klijentima i štedišama. Promišljanje etičnosti ide od razine pojedinca, pa do organizacije u cjelini. Iako neki misle da su etičnost i zarada kategorije koje se međusobno isključuju, poslovna ih praksa, današnja osobito, demantira. Etičnost banke je osnova njezina ugleda i pozitivne predodžbe u javnosti, a time i poslovnog uspjeha i poslovne i izvrsnosti. Namjera ovog završnog rada je analizirati sve segmente poslovne etike u suvremenom bankarstvu.
Abstract (english)	Banking institutions in today's environment have the responsibility, not only for their own gain, but must act in accordance with social and social circumstances and requirements. Ethics refers to all segments of business behavior, from the process of making strategic decisions to behavior towards clients and depositors. Reflection of ethics goes from the individual level to the organization as a whole. Though some think that ethics and incomes of exclusion are mutually exclusive, business practices, in particular today, deny. Bank's secrecy is the basis of its reputation and positive public image, and thus business success and business and excellence. The purpose of this final paper is to analyze all segments of business ethics in modern banking.
