Abstract
Glavni zadatak poljoprivrede je proizvodnja sigurne i dostupne hrane visoke kvalitete. Konvencionalni sustavi dosegli su maksimum u pogledu povećanja produktivnosti i iskoristivosti zemljišnih resursa.. Uzgoj monokultura doveo je do osiromašenja tala, smanjenja vitalnosti zbog nedostatka organske tvari, do smanjenja biodiverziteta populacije mikroorganizama tla, što za posljedicu ima veću osjetljivost biljaka na parazite i patogene uzročnike. S obzirom kako se sve veća važnost daje kvaliteti proizvoda i plodnosti tla upotreba mikrobioloških pripravaka predstavlja odličnu alternativu. Korisni mikroorganizmi su brojne vrste bakterija iz roda Rizobium, Azotobacter, Azospirillum, Bacillus, Pseudomonas, Glomus i drugi. Učinci korisnih mikroorganizama su mnogobrojni: fiksacija dušika, dostupnost fosfora, proizvodnja fitohormona biokontrola patogena, pojačavanje tolerancije biljaka na abiotske stresne uvjete. Očigledno je kako su koristi korištenje mikroorgnizama u suvremenoj poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji višestruke.
Abstract (english)
The main task of agriculture is the production of safe and accessible high quality foods. Conventional systems have reached the maximum in terms of increasing productivity and utilization of land resources. Growing monoculture has led to soil depletion, reduced vitality due to lack of organic matter, to reducing the biodiversity of the soil microorganism population, resulting in higher susceptibility of plants to parasites and pathogenic agents. Given the increasing importance of product quality and soil fertility, the use of microbiological preparations is an excellent alternative. Useful microorganisms are numerous types of bacteria from the genus Rizobium, Azotobacter and Azospirillum, Bacillus, Pseudomonas, Glomus and others. The effects of useful microorganisms are numerous: nitrogen fixation, availability of phosphorus, production of phytohormone pathogenic biochemistry, intensification of tolerance of plants to abiotic stress conditions. Obviously, the use of microorganisms in modern agricultural production is multifarious.
