Abstract	Cilj rada je opisati poljoprivrednu proizvodnju na obiteljskom poljoprivrednom gospodarstvu Šolinić s naglaskom na proizvodnju mlijeka i mesa goveda. U radu su navedeni statistički podaci proizvodnje mlijeka u Republici Hrvatskoj i na OPG-u Šolinić. Opisan je tijek proizvodnje mlijeka te stočne hrane na gospodarstvu te su navedeni postupci pripreme stočne hrane i mužnje krava. Kao zaključak možemo reći da je OPG Šolinić relativno malo i novo gospodarstvo koje se počelo konkretno baviti s mliječnom proizvodnjom i koje će, nadajmo se, nastaviti rasti i povećavati svoje kapacitete.
Abstract (english)	The aim of this paper is to describe agricultural production on the Šolinić family farm with an emphasis on the production of milk and beef. The paper presents statistical data on milk production in the Republic of Croatia and on the Šolinić family farm. The course of milk and fodder production on the farm is described, and the procedures for preparing fodder and milking cows are listed. In conclusion, we can say that OPG Šolinić is a relatively small and new economy that has started to deal specifically with dairy production and which, hopefully, will continue to grow and increase its capacity.
