Abstract	Cilj završnog rada bila je analiza proizvodnje žitarica na OPG-u Nada Šormaz od 2020. do 2022. godine s osvrtom na provedenu agrotehniku, agroekološke uvjete te postignute prinose. OPG se bavi stočarskom i ratarskom proizvodnjom od čega kukuruz i pšenica dominiraju u strukturi sjetve s 60 % - 70 %. Poljoprivredne površine karakterizira dobra plodnost tla, a provedena agrotehnika se obavlja pretežno prema pravilima struke koja se minimalno mijenja tijekom godina. Osim agrotehnike, veliku ulogu u ostvarivanju prinosa imaju vremenski uvjeti koji su više ili manje povoljni za proizvodnju. Prema ostvarnim prinosima, za pšenicu je bila najpovoljnija vegatcijska sezona 2020/2021. kada je ostvaren prosječan prinos od 10,39 t/ha, dok je kukuruz 2020. godine postigao najviši prinos od 11,57 t/ha. Najlošija godina sa stajališta proizvodnje kukuruza i pšenice u promatranom razdoblju proizvodnje je 2022. zbog nešto manje povoljnih vremenskih uvjeta. Ublažavanje negativnih učinaka vremenskih prilika je moguće pravilnijom agrotehnikom, pojačanom gnojidbom i sjetvom tolerantnih hibrida kukuruza i sorti pšenice.
Abstract (english)	The goal of the final paper was to analyze cereal production at the family farm of Nada Šormaz from 2020 to 2022, with a focus on the applied agricultural techniques, agroecological conditions, and achieved yields. The family farm is engaged in both, livestock and crop production, with maize and wheat dominating the planting structure at 60% to 70%. The agricultural land is characterized by good soil fertility, and agricultural techniques are primarily carried out according to industry standards with minimal changes over the years. Aside from agricultural techniques, weather conditions play a significant role in yield production, which can be more or less favorable for crop cultivation. Based on actual yields, the most favorable vegetative season for wheat was 2020/2021, with an average yield of 10.39 tons per hectare, while maize achieved its highest yield of 11.57 tons per hectare in 2020. The least productive year in terms of maize and wheat production during the observed period was 2022 due to somewhat less favorable weather conditions. Mitigating the negative effects of weather conditions is possible through improved agricultural techniques, increased fertilization, and planting of tolerant maize hybrids and wheat varieties.
