Abstract
Ovaj završni rad se može podijeliti na dva dijela. U prvom dijelu je teorijski opisana toplinska obrada, te promjene koje se događaju uslijed djelovanja temperature. Drugi dio je praktični dio toplinske obrade strojnog dijela SV.18-PT.08. U prvom dijelu detaljnije je opisana toplinska obrada, te razlozi zbog kojih se ona provodi. Nakon toga slijede fazne pretvorbe mikrostrukture i svojstva u pojedinim mikrostrukturama. Obrađen je i postupak kaljenja sa TTT dijagramima koji su neophodni da znamo pojedine temperature kod toplinske obrade. Za kraj prvog dijela opisani su postupci mjerenja tvrdoće. U praktičnom dijelu opisani su svi koraci kaljenja strojnog dijela, od početnog mjerenja tvrdoće, preko kaljenja i niskotemperaturnog popuštanja, pa do mjerenja konačnog rezultata.
Abstract (english)
This thesis can be divided in two parts. The first part concerns the theory of the heat treatment, and the changes that occur due to the effects of temperature. The second part is a practical part of the heat treatment of the workpiece SV.18-PT.09. In the first part, the heat treatment and the reasons for which it is carried out are described in more detail. Afterwards, phase transformations of microstructures and the properties in certain microstructures are explained. The process of quenching using TTT diagrams is described, which are necessary to know certain temperatures for the heat treatment. For the end of the first part, hardness measurement procedures are described. In the practical part, I will describe the processes of quenching a workpiece, starting from the initial measurements of hardness, heating and quenching followed by tempering, to the measurement of the final result.
