Abstract
regovaranje je jedan od ključnih poslovnih procesa u suvremenom poslovanju, a pregovaranjem pojedinci i skupine nastoje ostvariti ţeljene ciljeve. Jaka konkurencija i stalne trţišne promjene uvjetovale su usmjeravanje velike pozornosti vještinama i znanjima pregovarača. Pregovaranje se odvija da bi se strane sloţile oko podjele ograničenih resursa, da bi se stvorilo nešto novo, što nijedna od strana ne bi mogla sama postići, te da bi se riješio spor ili problem izmeĎu suprostavljenih strana, a smatraju se uspješnima samo ako su obje pregovaračke strane zadovoljne ishodom. Pregovor ne predstavlja nametanje vlastite volje drugoj strani i cilj nije isključivo zadovoljenje vlastitih interesa. Cilj pregovora trebao bi biti zajednički dogovor kojeg je moguće postići isključivo suradnjom i kompromisom. Svaki iskusni pregovarač mora znati svoje ciljeve i mogućnosti da bi mogao odrediti i svoja očekivanja, a taktika koju koristi za ostvarenje ciljeva ne bi trebala biti negativna niti se svoditi na nagovor. Ulaganja u djelotvoran i učinkovit sustav pregovaranja mogu ostvariti siguran povrat već pri prvom značajnijem poslu
Abstract (english)
Negotiation is one of the key business processes in modern business, and by negotiating individuals and groups are seeking ways to achieve the desired goals. Strong competition and constant changes in the market conditions have led to directing lot of attention to skills and knowledge of the negotiator. The negotiation is taking place to help both sides to agree on the division of limited resources in order to create something new, that neither side could achieve alone, and to resolve the problem between the opposing sides. The negotiation process is considered to be successful only if both negotiating sides have expressed satisfaction with the outcome. The negotiation does not represent the imposition of someone's will to the other side and the aim is not to satisfy only their own intrests. The main goal of the negotiations should be a common agreement that can be achieved only through cooperation and compromise. An experienced negotiator needs to know his own goals and opportunities so he could determine his expectations, and a tactic that is used to achieve the objectives shouldn't be negative or reduced to urging. Investments in effective and efficient system of negotiation can achieve a secure refund at the first significant job.
