| Sažetak | Digitalne platforme postale su sve učestaliji termin koji se koristi u današnjem svijetu. Većina ljudi kada se spomenu digitalne platforme, misle na društvene mreže, Internet i mobilne telefone. Međutim, digitalne platforme su ambicioznije od toga te imaju više značenja. Stoga je važno definirati što mislimo kada spominjemo digitalne platforme i koja je točno njihova svrha. Digitalne platforme koriste Internet kao distributera, softver za olakšanu interakciju i to sve u svrhu povezivanja ljudi kako bi se zadovoljile vrijednosti. Digitalne platforme imaju puno veći utjecaj na društveni život nego što to većina ljudi shvaća. Dolaskom platforme na tržište omogućilo se ljudima iz cijelog svijeta da se povežu te razmjenjuju informacije, usluge i dobra te razmjenu valute. To je uvelike promijenilo kako ljudi danas komuniciraju, žive i rade. Danas svatko tko ima pristup Internetu može uz pomoć digitalne platforme jednostavno komunicirati, poslovati, predlagati svoje ideje i sami biti kreatori tih ideja. Odluke koje su donesene iz društvenog, poslovnog i političkog okruženja utjecale su na širenje platforme. Sa svakim novim korisnikom platforme su plamsale, upijajući znanje i kreativnost te plasiranjem novih platformi na tržište. Stvorio se mrežni efekt koje je od važnosti za dvosmjerno tržište, a formira se na platformi. Personalizacija na tržištu je postala norma, a jedino je platforma dovoljno dinamična da se nosi s izazovima suvremenog doba. Mostly when people think of digital platforms, they think of social networks, the Internet, and mobile phones. However, digital platforms are more ambitious than that and have more meaning. Therefore, it is important to define what we mean when we mention digital platforms and what exactly is their purpose. Digital platforms use the Internet as a distributor, software to facilitate interaction, and all for the purpose of connecting people to meet values. Digital platforms have a much greater impact on social life than most people realize. The arrival of the platform on the market enabled people from all over the world to connect and exchange information, services and goods, as well as exchange currency. This has greatly changed how people communicate, live and work today. Today, anyone who has access to the Internet can simply communicate, do business, propose their ideas and be the creators of those ideas themselves with the help of a digital platform. Decisions that were made from the social, business and political environment influenced the expansion of the platform. With each new user, the platforms exploded, absorbing knowledge and creativity and placing new platforms on the market.
