Goal The aim of this paper is to emphasize the importance of the work of nurses-technicians in identifying patient's endangered life. It was equally important to compare and check about what the situation is in us considering the factors that affect the timely detection of patient's life threatening. Discussion The results of the research have shown that the same problems occur with us in identifying the life threatening of the patient. Poor numbers of nurses continue to attend, although most have a desire to learn. Communication problems with communication with doctors also occur, equipment is too old. Conclusion Nurses / technicians spend most time with the patients, therefore they are most often the first to notice the patient's vital endangerment. In order to properly and in time see it, it is necessary for them to have the experience, the high level of knowledge, the developed critical thinking, and the need for education for the use of technological equipment. All this can be accomplished through investing and constant education of the sisters, but they also need their engagement that as we have through this work and finds it is missing.
