This is focus of Lean philosophy's and this activity is focused on 90-95% of all activities. On the other hand, by reducing losses, the share of activities that increase product value increases. A general definition of risk applicable to all enterprises whether it is a manufacturing or service company, is that the risk starts from the probability of occurrence of an event that will have negative consequences on an individual, organization or society as a whole. As the risk management in the organization is hampered by their diversity, they need to be identified first, and that through the Lean transformation process may be difficult because of Lean transformation itself. Lean's definition in banking is to meet the clear and unconditional needs of customers with the lowest resource consumption and the preservation of the bank's property with the constant elimination of untaxed, volatile and "non-adaptive". They are also the biggest "brakes" in achieving top performance. Precisely the current market opportunities for improving quality management systems are very interesting and it is certain that many companies will undertake transformations in order to reduce costs and better position on the market than to the customers only what they have ordered and what they are willing to pay. The questionnare provides answers to whether employees are aware of the potential for Lean transformation to affect the risk of increasing the organization they are employed in. By providing good information and educating employees, it is possible to adequately and systematically manage the risks.
